The Park Lane Hotel & Suites is your gateway hotel to all that Hilton Head Island has to offer! For business or island pleasure we are your central location to beaches, tennis, golfing, miniature golf, shopping, water sports, dining and nightlife entertainment!. 

We are located just off of highway 278 between mile markers 9 & 10.  We are a non-smoking hotel and we are also a pet-friendly hotel.

We are the only Hilton Head Island Hotel that offers suites with full size kitchens, fireplaces, and balconies. All rooms have interior corridor entrances. 

We offer three different room types. Enjoy our suite with a King Bed or Two Queen Size Beds. We also offer a unique hotel suite which is a loft that includes a queen bed and bathroom located upstairs and a sleeper sofa, living room, full kitchen and bathroom located downstairs. 

The Park Lane Hotel has activities to keep everyone in the family busy, whether swimming in our outdoor pool and Jacuzzi, or playing a game of tennis or basketball on one of our lighted courts, you know you will enjoy your stay with us at this unique Hilton Head Island hotel.
